For FIRST TIME patients. A deep dive into your medical history and full-body assessment (breathing, posture, and “mirror tension”). We move at your pace, ensuring a trauma-informed experience from the first minute.

60-Minute Follow-Up Treatment

Targeted, 1-on-1 care addressing the layers of tension traditional therapy misses. We blend gentle manual therapy, visceral mobility, and nervous system regulation to treat your body as a whole, interconnected system.

90-Minute Follow-Up Treatment

Best for complex cases, out-of-town patients, or those who prefer more time for integration and “unwinding.” This allows for a deeper focus on the pelvic floor and other “mirror” areas such as the jaw and neck in a single visit.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms:

Because we do not “double-book,” your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We dedicate significant time and space to every patient on our schedule.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $60 fee.

  • No-Shows: Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in a charge for the full amount of the scheduled service.

  • Initial Evaluations: Payments for evaluations are non-refundable but may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
